Summary

The Senior Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership in development practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on scalable architecture, high-quality code, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation of software solutions and contribute to architecture design.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in software development or related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.

Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Desirable (Added Advantage):

Experience in framework or SDK development

Exposure to Python, iOS/Android development, NodeJS

MSMQ, Machine Integration

PostgreSQL or columnar DBMS experience
