Job summary

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a capable administrator to analyse, plan, and execute tasks for the Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS). You will support course administration, lecturer workload planning, and student forecasting to ensure smooth delivery of academic programmes.

The role also encompasses planning registrations and examination reporting, maintaining student records, and supporting audit and accreditation activities in line with UAC and Senate requirements.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• More than 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Fair written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, plan, execute and support administrative tasks for the Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS).
• Prepare course administration schedules, lecturer timetables, and class sizes to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
• Plan and execute registration and examination reporting, and generate student and graduation related reports.
