Job summary

The Program Administrator will be based in PTP, reporting to the Department Manager, and will assist with managing customer accounts across the business relationship.

This role focuses on coordinating programs, defining timelines, allocating resources, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement with the cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals, define timelines, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and other departments.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in developing and tracking program metrics.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Encourage continuous improvement affecting timelines and costs.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
