Job summary

Lemax Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead multiple programs from Senai Airport City, Johor.

You will plan, coordinate, and ensure successful delivery, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing to meet business objectives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years in program management (laser industry a plus), strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PMP is a plus.
• 3–5 years of program management experience; laser industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure on-time delivery of programs within budget.
• Develop program plans, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement; manage budgets and expenses.
