Job summary

GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee program activities, ensuring departmental goals and customer requirements are met on time and within budget. You will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, track progress, manage changes and risks, and guide the team toward business objectives.

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in program management, project management, customer management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry is advantageous.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

• Experience in the manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
