Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program management/administration in EMS/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle management, customer relations, ECO/ECN.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program activities and act as liaison between company and customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
• Plan, monitor, and track project milestones, schedules, and revenue targets.
• Handle customer issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain program documentation and databases.
