Sequoia International School seeks a Program Leader for Cambridge PDQ to oversee coordination, administration, and operational support of Cambridge PDQ, CICTL, and CIDTL programs. You will manage registrations, timelines, documentation, trainer coordination, and compliance to ensure smooth programme delivery.
You will provide ongoing support to candidates, monitor progress and communicate deadlines, procedures, and updates.
The Program Leader — Cambridge PDQ is responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and operational support of Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQ), including Cambridge Certificate in International Teaching and Learning (CICTL) and Cambridge Diploma in International Teaching and Learning (CIDTL). The role ensures smooth programme delivery, candidate support, compliance, documentation, and coordination with trainers and relevant stakeholders.
Reporting to:
Head of A-Level Programme & Programme Director, Training Company (Functional & Strategic Reporting)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer Cambridge CICTL and CIDTL candidature, including candidate registration, enrolment, documentation, and programme-related matters.
Manage programme timelines, schedules, submission deadlines, and key administrative requirements.
Ensure programme administration and documentation comply with Cambridge PDQ requirements, policies, and standards.
Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to Cambridge PDQ candidates throughout their programme.
Monitor candidate progress, attendance, submissions, and other programme requirements.
Communicate programme updates, deadlines, procedures, and relevant information to candidates.
Identify administrative or programme-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely resolution.
Support the planning and delivery of CICTL and CIDTL modules, workshops, and related training sessions.
Coordinate trainers, training materials, venues, schedules, and other logistical requirements.
Assist trainers in ensuring smooth and effective programme delivery.
Support the development and organisation of training resources and programme materials.
4. CPD & HRD corporation compliance
Assist in the administration and documentation Of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
Support HRD Corp grant and compliance requirements, including programme documentation, trainer profiles, attendance records, claims, and supporting documents.
Ensure required documentation is prepared and submitted within the relevant timelines.
5. Professional Development & Events
Plan, coordinate, and execute CPD events, workshops, seminars, and professional development activities.
Liaise with internal departments, external trainers, education partners, and Other stakeholders.
Support post-training evaluation, feedback collection, and programme improvement initiatives.
Act as a key point between Cambridge, trainers, PDQ candidates, school management, and relevant external organisations.
Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, briefings, programme updates, and other activities related to PDQ and professional development.
7. Records, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, programme, training, attendance, assessment, and compliance records.
Prepare programme reports, tracking reports, documentation, and management updates as required.
Ensure all programme records are properly organised and readily available for audit or review.
8. General Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and operational support for Education, Training, and Professional Development actvities.
Support the continuous improvement Of PDQ and CPD processes, systems, and Sops.
undertake other duties and projects related to professional development and teacher training as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Professional certification in project management is an advantage.
Experience
Have experience in Cambridge Training Programme
1–3 years of experience in education, project coordination, administration, or related fields.
Experience in an international school environment is an advantage.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
