What you’ll be doing?- Cambridge PDQ Candidature Coordination: Coordinate and administer Cambridge CICTL and CIDTL candidature processes, including candidate registration, documentation management, and all programme-related administrative matters.
- Candidate Support: Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to Cambridge PDQ candidates throughout their programme journey, ensuring a smooth and well-guided experience.
- Training Delivery Support: Assist in the delivery and facilitation of CICTL and CIDTL modules, contributing to a high-quality learning experience for teacher candidates.
- Programme Administration & Compliance: Ensure all programme administration and documentation are carried out in full accordance with Cambridge PDQ requirements and standards, maintaining the integrity of the qualification framework.
- CPD & HRD Corp Compliance: Assist with CPD and HRD Corp compliance requirements, including the preparation and management of associated documentation and administrative processes.
- CPD Events & Workshops: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD events, workshops, and professional development activities that benefit educators and the broader learning community.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise effectively with trainers, candidates, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of all training programmes.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate and organised programme records, reports, and documentation to support operational transparency and institutional accountability.
- General Administrative Support: Provide broad administrative support across education, training, and professional development functions as required.
Who are they looking for?- Educational Background: A minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or a closely related discipline is required as the foundation for this role.
- Teaching Experience: At least 5 years of teaching experience is expected, providing the practical insight needed to support and relate meaningfully to the educators in these programmes.
- Professional Qualifications: Holding a Cambridge CICTL, CIDTL, or other relevant teaching and professional development qualification is preferred and would be a strong advantage in this position.
- Relevant Experience: A background in teacher training, educational administration, professional development, or programme coordination will be considered a valuable addition to the team.
- Organisational & Administrative Skills: Strong organisational abilities and careful attention to detail are essential for managing documentation, records, and multiple programme requirements simultaneously.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with a diverse range of candidates, trainers, and stakeholders is central to success in this role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with documentation and online systems are necessary for the day-to-day responsibilities of this position.
- Self-Motivation & Multitasking: A responsible, self-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently will be key to performing well in this dynamic environment.
