Job summary

Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Learning Content Developer/Instructional Designer for a 12-month contract. You will craft training materials, SOPs, and e-learning modules to support logistics operations, applying ADDIE and adult-learning principles.

You will collaborate with SMEs, develop Storyline-based content, ensure LMS compatibility, and contribute to blended learning initiatives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Communications, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or technical writing.
• Experience developing both WBT and ILT training content.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, SOPs, job aids, WBT, and ILT content.
• Simplify complex logistics processes into clear, user-friendly learning materials.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with operational standards.
• Apply instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and training frameworks.
