Job summary

Amity Technical Services & Consultancy (M) Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a proactive coordinator to support customer programs from RFQ and NPI through production launch.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include RFQ costing, quotation preparation, BOM review, component sourcing, supplier quotations, and tracking milestones and documents.

Qualifications

• Supports and coordinates customer programs from RFQ to production launch.
• Coordinates with customers and internal teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Quality.
• Assists in RFQ costing, quotation preparation and BOM review.
• Assists with component sourcing, supplier quotations, price comparison, MOQ and lead-time evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Tracks project schedules, material readiness, prototype/sample builds and outstanding actions.
• Supports customer inquiries, meetings and project status updates.
• Coordinates project documentation and sample shipments.
• Supports business development activities and new business opportunities.
• Maintains RFQ, quotation and project records.
