Job summary

Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a Program Executive to drive customer programs from initial engagement through design-in, validation, and mass production. You will act as the bridge between customer and R&D, ensuring successful evaluation and timely project execution leading to order conversion.

Key responsibilities include owning opportunities from lead to MP, coordinating samples and onboarding, and supporting handover to operations after orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Technical background is an advantage.
• Experience in program management and customer-facing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer opportunities from lead stage to MP order.
• Drive engagement during evaluation and proof-of-concept phases.
• Coordinate samples, onboarding, and feedback between customer and engineering.
• Support handover to operations/logistics after order confirmation.
