Job summary

Ennovi Medical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant/Executive/Senior Executive, Planner/PM with strong market insight and cross-functional coordination. You will manage RFQs, NPIs, APQP tracking, and ensure on-time delivery while safeguarding profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to work independently. You will coordinate ERP data, P&L tracking, and environmental/quality systems compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related fields and 2 years in management roles.
Highly motivated, result oriented, self-driven and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Good business acumen and market trend knowledge; provide market reports to management.
Serve as key communication window with customers on business and commercial matters.
Coordinate inter-departments to meet customer requirements with accurate information and timely responses.
Attend RFQ activities and ensure timely submission and quote win.
Coordinate NPIs or program transfer and APQP tracking to kickstart on time.
Monitor revenue commitments and provide output, shipment, and forecast tracking; ensure on-time delivery.
Support quality system implementation and audits; review quotations for GP/EBIDTA.
