Job summary

Cape Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Program Manager responsible for leading program activities and liaising between the company and customers. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success, manage project milestones, and handle customer issues. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years experience in program management, with strong skills in communication and leadership, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and languages including English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program management/administration in EMS/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle management, customer relations, ECO/ECN.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
