• Proficient in engineering software such as CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

About the role

Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Program Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of our engineering programs, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Involve in the design, testing, and other issues pertaining to customer's product quality requirement and delivery are met during early stage of a program until parts are approved

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement

Conduct research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and technologies with guidance

Participate in the development and documentation of engineering procedures and best practices

Support the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards with support from superior

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support

What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field with 2-4 years relevant working experience. Kindly advise your current and expected salary (compulsory)
