Job summary

Synergy Staffing seeks an experienced Product/Process Engineer to lead quality and yield initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will analyze data, manage product qualifications, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA to ensure conformance to specs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years in product/process engineering in manufacturing or R&D.
• Experience in product quality and yield analysis with root-cause actions.
• Data analysis to interpret test results, production data, and customer feedback.
• Manage product qualification processes meeting specs and customer requirements.
• Experience with test program updates and validation.
• Customer return containment with investigation and corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and ensure successful development lifecycles.
• Participate in design, development, and testing of new products to meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and root causes of issues for product improvement.
• Support product qualification with test plans and procedures.
• Assist in updating and validating test programs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to customer return containment by investigating issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Work with manufacturing teams to address production challenges and improve yield.
• Document engineering processes, test results, and specifications clearly.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
