Job summary

Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a skilled Program Engineer to join our engineering team. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing programs, supporting customers, and driving delivery quality from early design through to parts approval.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply CAD, simulations, and data analysis tools, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years relevant working experience.
• Current and expected salary disclosure is requested.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the design, testing, and other issues pertaining to customer\'s product quality requirement and delivery are met during early stage of a program until parts are approved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and technologies with guidance
• Participate in the development and documentation of engineering procedures and best practices
• Support the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards with support from superior
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support

About the role

Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Program Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of our engineering programs, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Involve in the design, testing, and other issues pertaining to customer's product quality requirement and delivery are met during early stage of a program until parts are approved

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement

Conduct research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and technologies with guidance

Participate in the development and documentation of engineering procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field with 2-4 years relevant working experience. Kindly advise your current and expected salary (compulsory)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis tools will be an added advantages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
