Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Program & Testing Coordinator to oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing, as well as business validation. You will develop and maintain testing schedules, action trackers, defect logs, and readiness plans.

The role involves coordinating with business SMEs, IT teams, and implementation partners, organizing governance meetings, tracking progress, and supporting deployment readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP implementation, project coordination, or supply chain experience.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Prepare project status updates, management reports, and executive summaries.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project actions and deliverables.

Business Readiness & Deployment

Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

Coordinate business requirement validation and documentation.

Support SOP updates, process documentation, and business sign-off activities.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA deployment.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve project visibility and readiness tracking.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, project/program coordination, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations.

• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, or business validation.

• Knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Material Management, Batch Management, Cycle Counting, and Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, and cross-functional project teams.

• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
