Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Program & Testing Coordinator to oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing, as well as business validation. You will develop and maintain testing schedules, action trackers, defect logs, and readiness plans.

The role involves coordinating with business SMEs, IT teams, and implementation partners, organizing governance meetings, tracking progress, and supporting deployment readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP implementation, project coordination, or supply chain experience.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business validation.
Develop and maintain testing schedules, action trackers, defect logs, and readiness plans.
Organize testing governance meetings and track follow-up actions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
