• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management.
• Experience in power, utilities, oil & gas, renewable energy, or infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the Company's commercial and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and maintaining proper contract records.
• Coordinate billing and invoicing activities with customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support the review, preparation, and management of contractual correspondence, notices, amendments, renewals, and commercial documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor contract performance, identify contractual and commercial risks, and recommend mitigation measures to management.
• Assist in the management of claims, disputes, warranty matters, and contractual issues with supporting documentation.
• Prepare commercial reports, management updates, contract status reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Support corporate initiatives including risk management, audits, and other commercial activities as assigned.
