FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Program Administrator to support program proposals, plan timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate across Program Management and Operations in Batu Kawan, Penang.

The role involves driving projects with the Customer Focus Team, preparing weekly reports, and coordinating ECO and implementation activities with global teams. A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or related industry
• Strong coordination and planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals to define timeline, procedures and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare weekly project reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Coordinate ECO & implementation activities and RD design changes via Agile system.
• Manage Order Management, MPS loading and procurement planning based on forecast.
• Collaborate with global teams to manage purchase orders and shipping.
• Track sales and shipments for weekly management reviews.
• Coordinate RMA activities with CFT to ensure timely resolution.

Job description

To support ourextraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to adda Program Administrator locatedin Batu Kawan, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define timeline, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.

Drives and coordinates projects & activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.

Oversee the New Product Investment Plan /Capacity incremental via Forecast

Prepares project weekly reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.

May assist in metric development and tracking for the project development.

Drive ECO & Implementation Activities, coordinate with CFT through RD design change releases via the Agile system.

Order Management , MPS Loading & Procurement Planning, Accountable for MPS loading based on forecast demand to support procurement planning.

Global Team Collaboration, Work with global teams to manage PO and shipping arrangements via the Baan system, while maintaining Min-Max Hub inventory thresholds.

Sales & Shipment Tracking, Update sales tracker and shipment records for weekly management reviews.

RMA Coordination, Coordinate RMA activities with CFT members to ensure timely resolution.
