Job summary

Flex in Malaysia is seeking a Program Administrator to support cross-functional teams across Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. You will help define timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with operations and product teams to keep programs on track.

The role emphasizes project reporting, budget awareness, and collaboration with global teams via ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in manufacturing are preferred, with a track record of coordinating complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals and define timelines, staffing and resource allocation.
• Confer with program management, operations and others to outline work plans and responsibilities.
• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure progress on schedule and budget.
• Oversee New Product Investment Plan/Capacity increment via forecast.
• Prepare weekly project reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the project.
• Drive ECO and implementation activities and coordinate with CFT through RD design changes.
• Order management, MPS loading and procurement planning; support procurement planning.

Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang.

What a typical day looks like

• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define timeline, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drives and coordinates projects & activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
• Oversee the New Product Investment Plan /Capacity incremental via Forecast
• Prepares project weekly reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the project development.
• Drive ECO & Implementation Activities,Coordinate with CFT through RD design change releases via the Agile system.
• Order Management , MPS Loading & Procurement Planning,Accountable for MPS loading based on forecast demand to support procurement planning.
• Global Team Collaboration, Work with global teams to manage PO and shipping arrangements via the Baan system, while maintaining Min-Max Hub inventory thresholds.
• Sales & Shipment Tracking, Update sales tracker and shipment records for weekly management reviews.
• RMA Coordination,Coordinate RMA activities with CFT members to ensure timely resolution.
