MBF Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Chef to join our sport bar cafe team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and oversee service quality, ensuring food safety and exceptional presentation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, creativity in menu design, and a passion for culinary arts while coordinating with events and housekeeping teams to deliver a memorable dining experience.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a sport bar cafe and experience leading a kitchen team. The chef will be responsible for preparing good-quality dishes, creating menus ranging from snacks and soups to All-day breakfasts, burgers & sandwiches and dinner and ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. This role may also involve collaborating with events, logistics, and housekeeping teams to deliver an enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate kitchen operations, including staff management and workflow organization

Develop and design menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques
