Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in operational (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather required input from process owners.
• Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding, quality, and timely completion.
