Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant field with 3-5 years hands-on experience in equipment and operation training.
• Proficiency in developing technical documents, equipment and operation specs and manuals for training.
• Experience coordinating logistics and tracking training records in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical documents, schematics, BOMs, and other training materials.
• Coordinate training logistics, including class arrangements and administrative support.
• Assess training needs and develop training plans for individual roles and factory-wide requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to align training with manufacturing objectives.
• Create and implement processes for tracking training records, completion status, and program effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing training activities and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support NPI and HVM training needs through tailored solutions.
