Job summary

Hartalega is looking for a Training Specialist to create and improve learning resources, organize and deliver training, and develop structured evaluation plans aligned with team goals.

You will coordinate with process owners to identify gaps, tailor training to needs, and cascade information to all levels to ensure understanding and timely execution. This role emphasizes hands-on development and impact measurement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0–4 years of experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
• Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding, quality, and timely completion.
