Job summary

EXIS TECH SDN BHD is expanding and seeks motivated individuals to join our growing team in Malaysia. The role focuses on strict adherence to production procedures, 5S housekeeping, and timely execution of responsibilities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train and supervise operators, collaborate with other departments, and continuously improve processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken).
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for communication with China).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel overseas for training and technical support, if required.
• 5-day work week.
• Annual leave (minimum 12 days, based on service).
• Medical coverage (employee, spouse & children).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production department procedures.
• Practice 5S housekeeping.
• Execute departmental procedures correctly.
• Train, supervise and guide operators to complete jobs on time.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments.
• Improve work processes to reduce costs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the working area.
• Conduct stock takes as required.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by superior.
• Ensure line procedures are executed correctly.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Do it right the first time.
• Keep working areas and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Report problems to superior immediately.
