Job summary

SRM Integration (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Penang is offering a Production Trainee - Assembly internship with non-shift work. You will assist in assembling machine modules, mounting modules, and performing basic testing under supervision.

This internship targets students pursuing a diploma or certificate in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, with opportunities to learn assembly techniques and contribute to a semiconductor equipment production environment.

Qualifications

• Possess or be currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard and fabricated parts into machine modules.
• Mount and install each module onto the machine structure.
• Perform basic machine fine-tuning and testing on assembled machines.
• Assist in counting and verifying parts received at the workstation.
• Assist in assembling small modules and components for the Test Head section.
• Support other production and assembly activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Requirements
