Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional for a hands-on role in Taiping, Malaysia. The incumbent will actively plan preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and will perform breakdowns and repairs as scheduled, while ensuring strict adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

The role requires reporting on maintenance activities, highlighting issues to the Supervisor, and handling ad hoc assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

To be actively involved in preventive maintenance planning to ensure minimal machinery downtime.
To carry out machine breakdown / preventive maintenance as per planned.
To attend to machine breakdown and repairing work.
To highlight and feedback to the Supervisor on any abnormalities noted on machineries and utilities.
To ensure maintenance reports are properly done and maintained including all checklists.
To adhere to food safety and GMP.
To perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as deemed fit by the Supervisor.
