Job summary

A beverage manufacturing company located in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to assist the Production Supervisor in maintaining machinery and ensuring minimal downtime. The role requires active involvement in preventive maintenance, reporting anomalies, and adhering to food safety and GMP standards. Candidates should possess at least an SPM Level certification and relevant experience in machine maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive maintenance planning.
• Carry out machine breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Report abnormalities of machinery to the Supervisor.

Education

SPM Level or equivalent certification

Job description

Shall report to the Production Supervisor and assists in the following:

• To be actively involved in preventive maintenance planning to ensure minimal machinery downtime.
• To carry out machine breakdown / preventive maintenance as per planned.
• To attend to machine breakdown and repairing work.
• To highlight and feedback to the Supervisor on any abnormalities noted on machineries and utilities.
• To ensure maintenance reports are properly done and maintained including all checklists.
• To adhere to food safety and GMP.
• To perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as deemed fit by the Supervisor.

. Prefer SPM Level/cert/SKM level with min experience.
