Job summary

Unison Group is looking for a professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide L2/L3 production support for batch and financial messaging systems. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for batch and financial messaging systems
• Monitor and manage batch schedules using Control-M
• Troubleshoot job failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution
• Support SWIFT-based payment processing and message flows
• Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system stability
• Handle incident management, escalation, and production release support
