• Manage and supervise a production team to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.

• Coordinate handovers between shifts and liaise with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily issues.
• Foster a safe, harmonious working environment and promote teamwork and ownership.
• Leverage AI tools to retrieve technical information and support troubleshooting.
