Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Factory Operations Analyst/Manager to lead contract manufacturing operations across NPI and HVM, drive operational excellence, and ensure on-time delivery of Micron's products.

You will partner with engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to manage demand, optimize capacity, mitigate risks, and apply AI-driven analytics to improve decisions and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract manufacturer management, outsource management, product management, or product engineering.
• Proficiency in using and learning AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main SIG contact. Work with product and central/engineering planning teams to understand equipment and board demand.
• Strategize loading to meet Micron's business needs. Manage all communications about CMs' delivery commitments.
• Manage all CM operations during NPI and HVM phases to meet delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with field service to support post-sale requirements including repair, upgrades, and spares.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting CM production and delivery schedules; monitor FG inventories.
