Micron Technology, Inc. in Malaysia (Penang/Batu Kawan) seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled operator team in PCBA manufacturing. You will manage WIP across frontend, backend and SSD, plan daily shift objectives, and ensure output, quality and cycle time targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and safe, collaborative workflow. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in PCBA manufacturing with 3+ years of experience, can work with minimal supervision,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in PCBA manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise with minimal supervision.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a production team of skilled operators to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.
• Manage WIP across Frontend, Backend and SSD operations for smooth material flow.
• Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and CI.
• Communicate handover of duties and issues between shifts.
• Coordinate with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily production issues.
• Nurture operators’ career development through coaching and on‑the‑job training.
• Create a safe, harmonious work environment that promotes teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
