Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to motivate and direct a diverse team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
• Good knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
