This full-time role focuses on supervising production lines, overseeing scheduling, and upholding quality and safety standards to help meet targets. Responsibilities include coordinating floor activities, tracking metrics, maintaining records, and supporting maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Good problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the floor, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Monitor production schedules and collaborate with the Head of Department to adjust timelines.
• Track production metrics (output, quality, downtime) and report to senior management.
• Maintain records of production data, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to clarify objectives and progress.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our production lines. As an Assistant Production Supervisor, you will support the supervision of production teams, oversee scheduling and planning activities, and contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. This role is instrumental in bridging communication between senior management and production staff, ensuring that production targets are consistently met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the floor, ensuring all teams work efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production schedules and collaborate with the Head of Department to adjust timelines as needed.
• Track production metrics, including output, quality standards, and downtime, and report findings to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance schedules.
