Job summary

Micron Technology Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled operator team in PCBA manufacturing, ensuring output targets, quality and cycle time. You will coordinate WIP across frontend, backend and SSD operations and drive daily shift objectives.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach operators, foster teamwork, and implement continuous improvement. Open to fresh graduates with drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing industry.
• Able to work with little or no direct supervision.
• Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a production team to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.

• Work to create a culture of learning and sharing of Best Known Methods to simplify procedures and process flows
• Leveraging AI tools to: Retrieve technical information and Support troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in PCBA Manufacturing Industry
• Able to work with little or no direct supervision
• Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently
