Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Penang is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled team of operators and oversee WIP across Frontend, Backend and SSD lines. You will ensure output, quality and cycle times, while coaching and developing operators for career growth.

The role requires 3+ years in PCBA manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you will work 12-hour shifts to meet production needs.
