Job summary

Renal Laboratories Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the ACE acid-concentrate dialysis powder production line, ensuring batches are executed safely and in line with batch records, filling processes, SOPs and WIs.

You will organize and direct production operators across material handling, drying discharge, tipping, transfer, filling, check weighing, labeling and packing, and coordinate activities with the ACE production room, sampling room and related areas, while maintaining

Lead and supervise daily production activities for the ACE acid-concentrate dialysis powder production line, ensuring batches are executed safely, accurately and in accordance with approved batch records, filling processes and current standard operating procedures and work instructions. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities across the ACE production room, sampling room and related areas while supporting consistent quality and timely output.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production activities on the ACE acid-concentrate dialysis powder production line.

Ensure batches are executed only in accordance with approved batch records, filling processes and current SOPs and WIs.

Organise and direct production operators across material handling, drying discharge, tipping, transfer, filling, check weighing, labelling and packing activities.

Coordinate production work across the ACE production room, sampling room and related areas.

Monitor production activities to ensure processes are followed consistently and required checks are completed accurately.

Support effective communication and coordination between production personnel and relevant operational teams.

Identify and escalation production issues, process deviations or documentation concerns in a timely manner.

Promote a safe, orderly and efficient production environment.

What we're looking for

Experience supervising or coordinating production activities, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical, chemical or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Understanding of batch records, SOPs, work instructions and controlled production processes.

Ability to coordinate operators and manage multiple production activities across designated work areas.

Strong attention to detail when handling materials, production documentation, weighing, labelling and packing tasks.

Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work hands-on in a production environment and follow quality, safety and process requirements.
