Job summary

GPSB in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee dialysis centre operations and ensure timely compliance with local healthcare regulations, CKAPS licensing, and safety standards. You will conduct regular audits, support the development, establishment and improvement of SOPs, maintain records, and prepare reports to prove compliance across all centres.

A minimum of 1 year in operations, facilities, or centre management is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, facilities, or centre management.
• Strong experience in managing facilities and operations.
• Experience in establishment of dialysis centre and dealing with local authorities related to hemodialysis (CKAPS).
• Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
• Required to travel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Project Management
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all centres comply with local healthcare regulations, dialysis protocols, and safety standards (CKAPS licensing requirement).
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
• Assist and support the team in overseeing the development, establishment, implementation and improvement of SOP.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and document operational procedures for reference and compliance purpose.

Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Ensure all centres comply with local healthcare regulations, dialysis protocols, and safety standards. (CKAPS licensing requirement). This is included to ensure timely renewal of certifications and licenses for the dialysis center.

2. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance and optimize performance.

3. Assist and support the team in overseeing the development, establishment, implementation and improvement of SOP.

4. Maintain records, prepare reports and document operational procedures for reference and compliance purpose.
