Job summary

Vital Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor, is seeking a Quality Control Executive to uphold stringent product quality across the manufacturing process. You will monitor in-process screening, collect data, and support regulatory compliance for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• In-process inspection and quality monitoring to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Monitor critical process parameters and report abnormalities.
• Support Medical Device Regulations compliance and participate in audits.
• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA monitoring for quality issues.
• Manage supplier evaluation and maintain the approved supplier list.

What you'll be doing

• In-process inspection and quality monitoring: Responsible for these activities during production to ensure products meet quality standards.


• Critical process parameters monitoring: Monitor these parameters and promptly identify and report any abnormalities.


• Medical Device Regulations compliance: Support and lead the team to ensure the company's manufacturing operation is fully compliant.


• Internal and external audits: Take an active part in both types of audits.


• Root cause analysis and CAPA monitoring: Address quality issues through these processes.


• Supplier evaluation and approval management: Manage these processes, maintain the approved supplier list, and monitor their ongoing performance.


• Monthly quality and trend data preparation: Prepare this data to analyze quality performance and identify an action plan for quality improvement.


• Quality control measures coordination: Coordinate with production teams to implement measures and investigate the root causes of quality problems.


• Detailed documentation and records maintenance: Maintain thorough records of all quality control activities and findings.


• Staff training and guidance: Provide guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Academic qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.


• Attention to detail and analytical skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.


• Mandarin language proficiency: Prefer Mandarin speakers, as this position requires communicating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
