We are seeking experienced and results-driven Production Supervisors to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong production and people-management experience to contribute to manufacturing performance, continuous improvement, and business objectives.

We are hiring for two levels: Production Supervisor II and Production Supervisor III, with additional emphasis on independent project leadership and process improvement for Level III candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, KPIs, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

Lead, supervise, and manage production personnel, including manpower planning, work allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.

Monitor production efficiency, output, and resource utilization while identifying and resolving operational issues.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Conduct problem-solving and root-cause analysis to prevent recurring production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor team performance and drive accountability to achieve departmental objectives.

Additional Responsibilities – Production Supervisor III

Lead projects independently from planning through implementation and completion.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and output.

Take ownership of complex operational challenges and implement effective, sustainable solutions.

Demonstrate strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Minimum 3 years of direct people-management experience.

Strong knowledge of production processes and day-to-day manufacturing operations, with the ability to contribute effectively with minimal fundamental retraining.

Proven supervisory, team leadership, problem-solving, and operations-management capabilities.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Willing and able to work on a 3-shift rotating schedule.

Demonstrated ability to manage production performance, resolve operational issues, and achieve targets.

Experience in medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.
