Job summary

Renal Laboratories Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the ACE acid-concentrate dialysis powder production line, ensuring batches are executed safely and in line with batch records, filling processes, SOPs and WIs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating production activities in regulated manufacturing.
• Understanding of batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Ability to coordinate operators across multiple production areas.
• Strong attention to detail in material handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities on the ACE acid-concentrate dialysis powder production line.
• Ensure batches are executed only in accordance with approved batch records, filling processes and SOPs and WIs.
• Organise and direct production operators across material handling, drying discharge, tipping, transfer, filling, check weighing, labelling and packing activities.
• Coordinate production work across the ACE production room, sampling room and related areas.
• Monitor production activities to ensure processes are followed and checks completed accurately.
• Support effective communication and coordination between production personnel and relevant operational teams.
• Identify and escalate production issues, process deviations or documentation concerns in a timely manner.
• Promote a safe, orderly and efficient production environment.
