Classic Mode Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met. The role involves coordinating production activities, managing schedules and supporting lean improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering, with 2–3 years in manufacturing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 1 year in supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of production process, quality control & safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities/workflow; liaise with all parties to meet higher output, best quality and cost control.
• Monitor production schedules and arrange timing of all incoming raw material, outgoing finished goods; to ensure sufficient stock for on-time delivery.
• Ensure all equipments and tools are maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Monitor and inspect start-up and running for every production line.
• Assist in monitoring & ensure well maintain of stock level of all necessary stock, stickers, packaging, etc and any other things related to production.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOP, Food Safety, GMP, Halal & HACCP Practices.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement & provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot process or machine issues and implement corrective actions, resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure accurate completion of batch records, production logs and documentation.

About you

Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering or any related field

Preferably 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 1 year in supervisory level

Strong knowledge of production process, quality control & safety regulations

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, relevant experience in seafood operation is added advantage

Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of people

Ability to work independently & able to meet deadline in a fast-paced environment

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
