• Ensure sufficient materials are available to support daily production activities.
• Coordinate with production staff to maintain an efficient and organized working environment.
• Assist with machine operation and production work when there is a shortage of manpower.
• Monitor basic machine and production issues and report major problems to management.
• Ensure production staff follow proper work procedures, safety requirements and company rules.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
