Job summary

PS Seiko Pte Ltd in Johor, Iskandar Puteri, is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage output and quality on the shop floor. You will work with operation leaders and operators to improve yield, reduce scrap, and compile production reports.

You will liaise with Engineering, Quality and Planning to drive corrective actions and 8D tasks, and ensure safety and DOE controls are upheld in daily operations. Experience in manufacturing with CNC knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a production/supervisory role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• CNC knowledge is an added advantage.
