Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations on the line, monitor equipment and materials, and record production data. You will collect samples, perform IPQC tests, and adjust processes based on results while maintaining cleanliness and safety on site.

Responsibilities include solving batch system issues, handling waste per regulations, and packaging finished products. Forklift operation may be required as per department protocols.

Responsibilities

• Check the condition of the production equipment before, during and after production.
• Check and record the amount of raw materials added during production.
• Control and record production progress on production operation card.
• Clean the charge tank and reactor (not including entering reactor after washing the reactor).
• Take samples of product, test properties during IPQC, adjust based on results; prepare raw materials for production.
• Solve problems when the batch system is malfunctioning.
• Wash reactor and add required raw materials.
• Record leftovers or disqualified product and contact PIC if the utility system is faulty.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, control room and site area following 5S principles.
• Handle schedule waste according to regulations; package the product produced.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisors.
• Follow rules set by Safety, Health and Environmental Department; can drive a forklift.
