Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, quality, and cost objectives. You will analyze production issues, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 2–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, with RCA and PFMEA knowledge. Join a global, process-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 2–5 years of hands-on manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience in production engineering, process improvement, RCA and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production processes for efficiency.
• Identify issues, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Conduct RCA for recurring production, quality, and process issues.
• Apply Lean, 5S, JIT to optimize processes.
• Support PFMEA activities and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation.
