Qualifications

• Experience handling production schedules and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Experience with production management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate communication between production, QA, and other departments.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
• Manage inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
• Handle production paperwork including POs and compliance docs.
• Support production planning and resource allocation.
• Document downtime, quality issues, and action items from meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
