Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or office management role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software; capable of supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage office administration functions including scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and filing systems.
• Oversee maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies, including procurement and inventory management.
• Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and company functions.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
• Handle reception duties, visitor management, and general administrative enquiries.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and office procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance office efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact between staff and senior management on administrative matters.
