Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Experience in production planning, assembly operations, and quality control.
• Strong English and Malay communication; Chinese is a plus.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with focus on quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly production plans.
• Lead and supervise production operators and assembly personnel.
• Coordinate manpower to meet production targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders.
• Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and workforce performance.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and housekeeping on the floor.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Optimize assembly methods and workflow.
• Escalate shortages, equipment issues, quality concerns, and delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting.
